new layout!

Woohoo! So, the original plan was to create my own layout from scratch. But last weekend I spent way too many hours getting nowhere fast and I just couldn't stand to look at the generic Blogger template that I had up any longer!

So, this template is courtesy of Miz Graphics!

I haven't decided how long it will stay up for yet, but for now, it will do nicely.

Exercise felt SO good today! It's just been one of those days when there feels like there's an extra spring in your step. I miss the Orbitrek though; it was such an easy exercise for me purely because I could use it while watching Gilmore Girls at the same time.

Tomorrow is a real test for me. Have you ever had one of those moments where you just know that if you can jump this hurdle, you might just be as ready as you've hoped you are? I have them pretty often, except I usually whack my ankle on the hurdle and crash to the ground! Tomorrow my volunteering schedule has changed from 12-4pm which means I won't get home in time to exercise at my usual time of 4pm-5pm. This means that instead of stumbling out of bed in the morning, scoffing down some breakfast and hopping straight on the bus with wet hair, I'm going to have to fit in my exercise between 8am and 10am tomorrow morning. Ouch!

I guess this doesn't mean much until you realise I am NOT a morning person. I tried doing exercise at 12pm on Sunday and was so grumpy that I quit halfway through! It's pathetic but I really am a nightowl and the mornings (that's until 2pm ;)) give me nightmares! :P So fingers crossed I'll clear the hurdle. I will be so proud of myself if I can.

There was so much more I wanted to talk about but I really need to sleep if i'm going to be exercising tomorrow morning. Argh!

I'm the total opposite of you Stef.

I get up at 5.45am to get to the Gym for 6am!! I slowly wind down during the day and by the time I get home at about 6pm, I don't wanna go nowhere but the couch!!
